- July/August: 2 week minimum rental
- June/September: 1 week minimum rental
- National holidays: 1 week minimum rental
- Electricity, water, gas, internet access, city hall taxes, rental linen, 4 hours cleaning lady for check-out, included.
- Payment : booking : deposit of 50%
- Balance at check in
- Guarantee : 1.000 € (minimum 500 €) by cheque or cash not deposited and given back at check out if no damage and not exceeding the 4 hours of housekeeping woman scheduled for check-out
- Payment accepted : cheques, Bank transfer, cash Cancelation : deposit not refundable
- A “holiday” guarantee insurance must be subscribed by the tenant
- Pets are not allowed
- A RAINBIRD automatic watering system works at night
- A camera is positioned at the portal
- Household: The villa, its equipment and its accesses must be returned appropriate to the check-out and such as found at the check-in
